In the mean time...

My mom scolded me for not posting pictures yet. So, I'll tell you what I told her:

My computer is getting too full. My memory is low. I have to put all my pictures on CD's so I can delete them and download the new ones. After a week of struggling with my crappy disk drive, it pooped out. I called Dell and after on an hour of trouble shooting the Dell guy finally gave in and said he would send me a new disk drive. Gotta love that full warranty! It came the very next day, which was Wednesday. Now, I am nearly done burning CDs.

But, when I'm done with that I still have to upload all my graduation and vacation pictures to photobucket which takes FOR-EV-ER. But, the good news....once they are uploaded on photobucket they are super quick to put on blogger.

They are still coming! And they are good so please hold out!

In the mean time, here are some gems I found while looking through old pictures to save for posterity.

I'm sure all of you know the story of "Becky's fake tooth." Yes, I have/had a fake tooth since the 5th grade. Since most if not all of you know the story of how that came to be, I'll spare you. I guess I would tell the full story if I got enough requests in the comments. Anyway, after a long painful, tedious and embarrassing process, a new member was added to my mouth as of January 2006 (17 years later)...a permanent member.

This is a picture of the post, which was screwed into an implant in my gums. Sexy! I know!

This is my glorious new smile!

I know. Not THAT glorious but, glorious to me because they all stay in now. (Nice zit!)
After this long mouth managing process came to an end, I took SO MANY pictures of myself, it's not even funny!
Ok, it is funny and yes I did save ALL of them for posterity.

And to think once this little permanant addition was installed I met Nathan!

I am just sharing one one-thousandth of the pictures I have of me, taken by me, and my new smile.

Graducation

That is a mix between graduation and education.....or graduation and vacation.

And though we did do both combinations very recently, this post is about the first.

I'm going to give you a very small graduation education.

#1. When you are graduating and you have to wear a big black robe, make sure you iron it. I learned this when I graduated from BYU in 2007. I, inappropriately assumed none of my friends were going to iron their gowns. I was wrong and I was the only one with a crazy wrinkled robe. Ironed or not those robes are not flattering to the figure but, not ironed it's worse. Much worse.

#2. If you're husband is graduating do not underestimate his ability to look downright irresistibly sexy in his regalia. I didn't think he would because, as mentioned before, it's such a frumpy non-complimentary outfit....but, with that ironed robe and mortar board hat....Ooo my man was SEXY!

THE END of the graduation education. I'm sure there is more...but, I feel these are the two most important points.

Now. Between graduation and our vacation, I took over 600 pictures. Crazy. I know. So, it may be a little while before I get some pictures posted of either.

All the pictures I have ever taken since I got my computer in 2005 are in the process of being backed up to CDs....that may slow down the process of posting pictures as well. I'm sorry, but graduation pictures are coming soon! Graducation = Graduation + Vacation also coming soon.

Oh my goodness....

Grandma and Grandpa Alger and Grandma Nette are on their way as we speak...

well, you know what I mean.

They are trekking through Wyoming pulling a camper trailer!

They were planning on stopping somewhere to sleep and then finishing up the trip tomorrow but, they are making good time and they could be here tonight!

We are SO excited!

Cleaning the house and doing laundry!

Graduation is in two days! Wow! I can't believe it!

Sunday the Freiti and the Algers are going on a road trip!

It's gonna be awesome!

What's in a Mood?

Does life ever overwhelm you?
What do you do about it?

Nothing? Go shopping? Go to bed?
Buckle down and do what cha gotta do?
Eat? Watch TV? Exercise (heaven forbid)?

I feel like a very inconsistent person because I don't know exactly what I "do." Well, maybe the problem is I do all of these...but not all at the same time.

Is that normal?

Do I have multiple mood personality disorder? (MMPD)

I feel like I shuffled through a number of moods today, minus the emotion, if that's possible and at the end of the day I was left overwhelmed.

What if I became a hermit?
Would you still come visit me?

Last night...

We had a BIG OL' rain storm. Two out of the three windows we have were open. It was a wonderful sound....hard constant down pour for most of the night. And the thunder....well, I only actually heard one big, huge, long, scary, yet amazing rumble. In my half awake - half asleep stupor I thought, "That is AWESOME!!! Honk sheeeww....."

I told Nathan about it this afternoon when we picked him up from school and he just laughed at me and said, "Ha ha ha ha! Someone didn't sleep well last night!" He heard nothing. Never will...until the resurrection. He missed the point though....I liked it.

There was more tonight. It has already died down though. Too bad. I love rain, thunder and lightening storms!
