Big Ol' Vacation

Most of us were gone from July17 - August 21. 

Here's the breakdown.

Marley, Isi, and I flew out to Utah on July 17th. 

We flew out of Esconaba, MI (4 hours away) because it was half the price of flying out of the Soo. Nathan was so nice and gracious about driving us to the airport and then driving all the way home by himself. Then did the opposite when picking us up and in the middle of the night too!

I was nervous to fly by myself with the girls but totally wanted a long vacation. 

It was worth it. The girls flew and traveled like champs, the whole time!

Once we got to Utah we had a couple of days to play with family. 

Marley had the opportunity to get reacquainted and familiar with everyone before Isi and I left to meet Nathan in San Diego. 

We went to the carnival with Sam.

Marley had been wanting to go on a carousel and ferris wheel for like a year. 

She had never been on one and her wildest dreams came true!

 Marley thoroughly enjoyed this worm coaster and Sam did not want to go on it and tried to look bored the whole time.

We have very few where Marley's smile looks natural AND Isi is looking up.

Sometimes We Regress

Sometimes we like to hold the baby....while standing.

(pay no attention to the mess in the background)

 Sometimes we try doing our own hair.

And sometimes while we are holding the baby while standing we change our hand position so much we start to loose hold and have to pop our knee out to help.

     

 A lot of times we like to dance.

 Sometimes this makes baby feel much bigger. 

 Sometimes we like to lounge in the laundry basket.

 Sometimes we just HAVE to be in the picture too!

 Sometimes we regress.

 Sometimes we take naps.

Some more than others (Marley IS NOT asleep).

I LOVE MY BABIES!!!!

I was looking for all kinds of food and drink pictures online, for Primary Sharing time, when I stumbled upon this picture!

Iced tea. No thanks!

Shouldn't it be milk?  

Or better yet, chocolate milk! 

Thought that was gonna be heaven in my hand...guess everything earthly has to have a flaw.

Still, where can I buy this?...with chocolate milk!

I never knew....

I thought the "Do you know what this is?" picture was interesting.

I never knew people would see it so many different ways. 

Shauna, you were right, you are looking inside of something as opposed to at something.

Jeanette was 100% right.

It is an empty food container.

AND 

It is indeed an empty container of Nutella.

Emily you were also 100% right.

Someone was VERY diligent about trying to get every morsel OUT.
