We're livin' it up on the U.P. - that's Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Punkie is 6 and LOVED Kindergarten! Isaboo is 2 and she's a smiley whirl wind. We also call her Busy-Isi. This year we welcomed little Lorenzo to our family.

Life is great!

Pictures From the Hospital...

Here is mommy sleeping like a baby...well, better than a baby. We now know that babies don't exactly sleep peacefully...nor for very long. I love sleeping on my stomach and was glad to be able to do it again...so comfy.

Mommy and baby sleeping. Awww!

Mommy got tired of being in the bed so daddy took it over for a little while.

She is so precious!

Cute sad face. Great smile!
Here's our first family picture. Where's Marlayna (you know like Where's Waldo.)

Are you my mother?

Marlayna is getting ready to leave the hospital. Her premie outfit was too big!

Aunt Julie holding the dressed and ready Marlayna...ready to venture out of her second home...first home, mommy's womb...second home, the hospital.
All strapped in.
On our way to the car.

I was so glad to get out of that hospital room!

So was Nathan!

Happy parents and baby in back.

We are a happy family!

I am so sorry I couldnt make it to see you before we left. Moving got a little crazy and we totally ran out of time. I'll definately see you when we get back in August though. She's such a doll!

Jason walked by while I was looking at these pictures. At first glance, he wanted to know how you got a huge butterfly to land on her face. Then he realized it was the binky. Cute baby. She reminds us of how small Allynn once was, now she is a giant!

Daleys - Not losing as much sleep as we have heard that other people do...not so far anyway. I feed her between 8:30 and 11 and then she usually wakes up hungry between 1 and 2. Then she wakes up again around 4. Not too bad. Sunday to Monday and Monday to Tuesday she pretty much slept through the night. When morning came the first night Nathan rushed over to check on her!

She is so cute and fun...well, not as fun as she is going to be. But, we are truly enjoying her!

I love the pic where the binky is as big as her face. I reminds me of how small newborns really are. I am betting Aunt Julie can't keep her hands off her beautiful new neice. Now I am wondering which of my sisters will provide me with a newborn to love. Can you talk to them for me?

Hope you are feeling well!!!

I totally know that feeling of joy and elation when you finally get to leave the hospital. And sleep on your stomach, hold the baby, dress the baby, pass baby off to daddy... ITS ALL SO WONDERFUL! And Im so very happy that you have your little angel here all safe and sound. You will be such a fabulous mommy! Good luck with everything!
