We've lived in Utah, Nebraska, upper Michigan and now we've settled in Colorado...at least for now! Marley is 10, Isi is 6 and Enzo is 4.

Life is great!

Where can I buy this?

I was looking for all kinds of food and drink pictures online, for Primary Sharing time, when I stumbled upon this picture!

found here not sure who actually took the picture, might be my coney
"Snack tray from Nutella comes with three compartments filled with bread sticks, hazelnut chocolate spread and iced tea. "

Iced tea. No thanks!
Shouldn't it be milk?
Or better yet, chocolate milk!

Thought that was gonna be heaven in my hand...guess everything earthly has to have a flaw.
Iced Tea?!?

Still, where can I buy this?...with chocolate milk!

I never knew....

I thought the "Do you know what this is?" picture was interesting.
I never knew people would see it so many different ways.

Shauna, you were right, you are looking inside of something as opposed to at something.

Jeanette was 100% right.
It is an empty food container.
It is indeed an empty container of Nutella.

Emily you were also 100% right.
Someone was VERY diligent about trying to get every morsel OUT.

I used this:
Everyone had REALLY good guesses.
Although I still can't see it being apple juice or metallic, still VERY cool how different people saw it.

Thank you so much for guessing.
This was fun!
I may do this again someday.

Pinky Promise!

"Isi, we need to have a talk."
"I am your big sister. I will teach you everything I know. And I will try to be patient while you learn."
"I might knee you in the head while I'm climbing over you. Even after mom told me to stop climbing over you. But, you will forgive me."
"And we will be best friends!
Pinky Promise!"
"Mom, me and Isi had a talk. It's all settled. We are best friends."
(yes, Marley has her bathing suit on under her jammies. sometimes I have to hide that thing!)

We are really fancy around here!

I should have taken her bib off!!!
This is a cute little outfit Nathan's sister sent our way.

Here is an outfit from Aunt Julie.
Hilarious face.
More normal face.
She is also sporting some Sock-ons from my Aunt Alicyn.

We give Sister Shirley a ride to church.
Sometimes we walk to her house and visit her during the week.
But we must wear our hats and we must take our babies.

We must stop along the way and pose.
Marley's little school is in the background.

Marley likes to walk on the grass, not the sidewalk. I don't know why...probably mostly so we can walk beside each other.

This is not a Fancy way but a Tricky way that Marley likes to carry her baby in the stroller...sometimes.

This Tricky way is VERY helpful when you need your hand to plug your nose because you are walking by a house that smells like the casino (smokey).
Marley ate at the casino with her friends once.
We haven't been but we want to go because we hear they have a delicious buffet....
but it's smokey.
This is me in my Fancy $5 sunglasses and my Fancy hat I bought on Mackinac Island.
And here is our friend Shirley with little Isi.
 Shirley just LOVES Marley.
This past Sunday Shirley said she had a cute umbrella that has been in her closet for years.
She said she wanted to give it to Marley.
Marley was over joyed!

Here are a few pictures of Marley being Fancy while she plays with the umbrella.
Needless to say, it has been raining A LOT in our house!
Oh and some pictures of Isi being glamorous.

Below, Marley is wearing my "glass slippers". She has her cute umbrella and her fancy pink fan she bought with her own money at the dollar store.
We just went back to the dollar store last week so I could buy me and Nathan each a fan of our own.

Sometimes Marley shares her fan with me.
That's it!
Don't forget to be Fancy today!

I threw their cups away today....

We had a great visit with my mom and dad!

I should have written Grandma and Grandpa on these cups...but, oh well.

I threw them away today.

If you want to see TONS of pictures of all we did while they were here, check out facebook.

Nursing in the wee hours of the morning, I think about what I'm going to do that day.
One day (8 days after Isi was born) I decided we were going to have a "newborn" photo shoot.
I was totally excited.
Not in the least bit stressed about the undertaking.
I imagined the whole ordeal in my head, including back drops, head bands, wardrobe changes...
the works.

Got up a couple hours later, nursed again, had breakfast and started gathering all the stuff.
Gave Isi a bath.

Just as I was ready to start, Isi is hungry again.
I snap a few shots.
Feed on one side.
Then take her onsie off and snap some more shots.
Feed on the other side.
While I'm feeding I start to get a migraine floater.
Dang it!

I finish feeding and start cleaning everything up.

I think these turned out pretty well despite what I had imagined in my head.
Good enough.

I've been wanting to edit these...you know make them look sharper, or whimsical or fancy.
But, sheesh!
I can't believe it's June already!

So, you get what you get and you don't throw a fit.
That's a major motto in our house.

Watch for the red hues in her hair.
Her hair is totally red in some lighting.

Hair looks dark because it's still kinda wet.
 Red below.
Here we break the scene up and our big helper is in the background.

 Oh! I just love her!

Marley really was a big helper.  She almost always is.

Then the big helper wants to be the subject AND pose like the baby. Funny girl.

What's your favorite?
